About My Clients

As a client-centered therapist, I welcome people from all walks of life to freely express themselves in a non-judgemental and safe environment. My clients are eager to work through personal struggles including eating disorders, body image issues, low self-esteem, trauma, and anxiety. I help clients heal their relationship with their bodies and food, tackle symptoms of anxiety, and deepen their self-awareness to enhance their lives in all areas.

My Background and Approach

I strive to create an environment for my clients that is both physically and emotionally safe in order for them to be their most authentic selves. Placing your deepest feelings and thoughts into the hands of a therapist is one of the most courageous actions one can make for their well-being, and I strive to cultivate a space that is respectful and open.

I obtained my Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Long Island University Brooklyn. In pursuit of being a life-long student, I am currently working toward my certification as an Intuitive Eating Counselor. I am a certified yoga instructor and strongly believe that our bodies hold emotions and feelings that can be tapped into with specific yoga poses and breathwork exercises.

I approach each of my clients with a desire to learn about their individuality in order to provide a trusting therapeutic relationship and a therapy process that best suits them.
