Ashley Campoverde, MHC-I
Background & Approach
I am an intern concentrating in mood disorders, trauma, relationships, and life adjustment. I am currently attaining a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from City University of New York, Queens College.
My commitment is to support individuals on their journey towards healing and self-discovery. I am particularly drawn to therapeutic approaches such as Gestalt, Psychodynamic, and Humanistic, but I believe in utilizing an integrative orientation that tailors to each client’s unique needs. We will be focusing on fostering resilience and building self-awareness.
I believe that every person deserves to be heard and has the potential for growth and healing. Therefore, I strive to create a safe, supportive environment for all walks of life.
My Personal Interests
Outside of our sessions, I enjoy cooking, watching shows and films, family time, and exploring outdoors, which help me stay grounded and connected. My core values include empathy, integrity, and building a strong therapeutic alliance, and I am dedicated in empowering you to achieve your goals.
