About My Clients

I work with individuals and couples who are ready to explore the deeper patterns that shape their lives. My clients often feel disconnected from their authentic selves, their bodies, or their partners and are seeking more than just managing symptoms.

I’m passionate about working with people navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and those exploring questions of identity and authenticity in a safe, non-judgmental space. I particularly love connecting with individuals and couples who want to move beyond surface-level communication to create genuine intimacy and connection.

What unites my clients is their willingness to engage in meaningful change. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or simply feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, we can work together to help you reconnect with your most authentic self.

Background & Approach

I (she/her) hold an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from UMass Boston and a B.A. in Social Work from Regis College. With individuals, I draw from psychodynamic theories, narrative therapy, and somatic approaches, exploring how past experiences, unconscious thoughts, and body-held experiences affect the present. With couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment theories to help partners discover the root of conflict and connect on a deeper level while strengthening their bond.

My approach integrates Eastern and Western healing philosophies to honor the mind-body-spirit connection in therapeutic work. I believe in trusting that each person’s path to healing is inherently their own.

My Personal Beliefs

I chose to become a counselor because I understand both hurt and healing, and believe that life is most fulfilling when we can truly connect with ourselves and those around us. My goal is to help individuals recognize the boundaries of their experiences and empower them to move through life with greater control, confidence, and connection.

I strive to create nonjudgmental, empathetic, and authentic therapeutic relationships where clients are free to engage in self-expression and self-exploration. I believe that everyone’s inherent uniqueness is a strength in this intimate process, and I meet clients where they are. I bring my true self to therapy (sense of humor and all) and cultivate a warm environment for clients to feel comfortable doing the same. I identify as LGBTQIA+ and previously worked in the nursing field before transitioning to psychotherapy.
