My Background

I earned my master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Trinity College and completed bachelor's degrees in Psychology, African American Studies, and Religious Studies at Indiana University. My qualifications include certifications in Usui Reiki and Sex, Love, and Relationship Coaching from the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality.

Over two decades ago, I embarked on my therapeutic journey in Chicago, working extensively with at-risk youth. Transitioning to New York City, I became a compassionate listener for overwhelmed individuals seeking solace. However, I realized that offering unconditional support was not enough; my clients deserved more. Thus, my quest for learning began.

Continuous training has become my passion, driving me to master my craft. With each skill acquired and practiced, I witness transformative growth, not just within myself but also within the countless talented yet dissatisfied New Yorkers I've had the privilege to assist. The symbiotic relationship between my clients' progress and my personal evolution fuels an upward spiral of growth and synergy, igniting positive change.
