Background and approach
I truly believe that therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Every person’s journey is unique, and my role is to help you navigate yours in a way that feels personal, empowering, and aligned with who you are. My goal as a therapist isn’t just to help you manage challenges—it’s to help you build a life and a sense of self that you genuinely love.
In our work together, I take a strengths-based approach, meaning I don’t just focus on what feels hard or overwhelming—I also highlight the resilience, insight, and abilities you already have. Therapy with me is a collaboration, where we explore what works best for you and tailor our sessions to fit your unique needs, goals, and personal growth.
I take an integrative approach, drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This allows me to support clients in both processing deep emotions and building practical strategies for change.
I primarily work with adults navigating self-worth, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and workplace stress. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for a shift, I’m here to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore, heal, and grow.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are, honor your strengths, and help you create real, lasting change, I’d love to be part of your journey.
My personal beliefs
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and I want you to know that you’re not alone in this process. My role isn’t just to offer support—it’s to help you develop the tools and confidence to navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels empowering and true to you.
I believe that our inner voice and core beliefs shape the way we see the world, and together, we can explore how these narratives impact your emotions, relationships, and overall well-being. Sometimes, the stories we tell ourselves aren’t actually ours—they’ve been shaped by past experiences, societal expectations, or fear. Therapy is a space to untangle those beliefs, challenge what no longer serves you, and rewrite the narrative in a way that aligns with who you truly are.
Most importantly, I see therapy as a collaborative process. You are the leader of your own journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you—not to dictate your path, but to provide guidance, insight, and a safe space for self-exploration. Whether you’re here to process deep emotions, gain new coping strategies, or simply find clarity in a challenging time, I’m committed to creating a non-judgmental, supportive space where you can grow at your own pace.
