Honoring Women's History Month: Awakening the Power of the Feminine

As we celebrate Women’s History Month, we find ourselves in a time when women’s rights and freedoms are facing setbacks rather than progress.

It is more important than ever to remember the immense power of the feminine—the power to nurture, create, heal, and transform.

The feminine energy—which exists in all of us, regardless of gender—is the force that:
Brings people together rather than divides
Creates solutions that uplift rather than destroy
Values empathy, intuition, and emotional intelligence as strengths
Sees interconnectedness instead of “us vs. them”
Chooses love over fear, collaboration over competition, and inclusion over isolation

But for centuries, this energy has been suppressed, feared, and even punished.

The Wound We Still Carry: Remembering the Women Who Came Before Us

Throughout history, women have been persecuted simply for existing in their full power.

During the Holy Inquisition, millions of women were burned at the stake—not for actual crimes, but for things as simple as:
🔥 Walking alone in the woods
🔥 Healing with herbs
🔥 Being kind to an animal
🔥 Speaking their truth

These women were labeled as witches, but in reality, they were midwives, healers, teachers, and wise women—holders of deep feminine wisdom.

We still carry the echoes of this wound in our DNA. The fear of being too seen, too loud, too powerful. The subconscious belief that if we take up too much space, we will be punished.

But now, more than ever, we are being called to wake up to our power—to honor the women who paved the way for the freedoms we do have and to ensure that no more ground is lost.

How Do We Navigate This Time?

Here’s how we can both care for ourselves and take action in the world during these challenging times:

Self-Love & Self-Preservation:

🌿 Reclaim Your Voice – Journal, sing, dance, speak up. Do something every day that reminds you that your voice matters.
🌿 Connect to Your Intuition – The feminine thrives in stillness. Meditate, spend time in nature, and trust your inner knowing.
🌿 Set Boundaries Fiercely – You are not here to make everyone comfortable. Stand firm in your truth.
🌿 Surround Yourself with Support – Find a circle of like-minded people who uplift you. We heal together, not in isolation.
🌿 Honor Your Body – Nourish yourself, rest deeply, and remember that your body is sacred, no matter what society tells you.

Making a Difference in the World:

🔥 Support Women-Led Organizations – Donate to or volunteer for groups that are actively fighting for women’s rights and equality.
🔥 Speak Up – Whether in conversations, social media, or activism, don’t stay silent when you see injustice happening.
🔥 Vote & Stay Informed – Policies and laws directly affect women’s rights—stay engaged, show up at the polls, and use your voice.
🔥 Mentor & Uplift Other Women – Whether it’s younger women in your community or coworkers, help each other rise.
🔥 Refuse to Other People – The world is polarized, but true power comes from finding common ground, choosing love over fear, and advocating for dignity and equality for all.

The Time is Now

We are not separate from history. We are part of it.

We honor the women who came before us by continuing their fight, by choosing to step out of the shadows, by refusing to dim our light out of fear.

As we celebrate Women’s History Month, may we all reconnect with the power of the feminine—within ourselves, in our communities, and in the world.

💫 It’s time to wake up. It’s time to rise. It’s time to remember who we are. 💫
